Lush engaged Sharley Consulting to better understand where they sat in the Australian and New Zealand beauty market, the perception of their brand, and areas of opportunity to grow the brand. A comprehensive diagnosis of the brand was followed by brand research. From this, a 12-month roadmap was developed with the aim of increasing awareness, improving consumer preference, and driving revenue.
