Lush engaged Sharley Consulting to better understand the brand's position and performance in the Australian and New Zealand beauty market. A comprehensive audit and diagnosis of the brand, was followed by consumer and brand research. From this, a 12-month roadmap was developed with the aim of increasing core brand metrics, improving consumer preference, and driving commercial outcomes.

Cultiver engaged Sharley Consulting to identify areas for future brand growth and development, and refine their brand direction and communications. An in-depth analysis of their brand performance and perception was conducted; the core aim being to deliver a new, impactful value proposition statement, create tone of voice guidelines, and establish a focused approach for brand growth.
